Hi, Im Kethry, im 39 and Im A Koldunyan Gypsy Witch'

I was baptised and raised in a relaxed Christian home and considered my self to be a good person but after losing many friends to cancer and tragic deaths and when my son was diagnosed with cancer in 1991 i began to question if God really was there for me. We were told the worst news, that my son would not survive and so during the lowest moments of my life I searched for answers, but none were to be found in any church of England....instead I found support on AOL Wiccan chat, Witches from all over the world sent us daily love and blessings, i had no idea who they were and yet the love and support they gave me during that time is what i believe got us through it. The magic of their collective energy saved my son and today he is almost 20 and has been cancer free for 7 years.... I have never looked back, only foward and my Christian Faith is a thing of the past.

When scott was fully recovered I looked into Wicca, promised myself and my Wiccan friends that I would follow the pagan path and be a good Witch, I self dedicated to Wicca 3 years ago this Beltaine and it was the start of the most amazing journey for me.

Although I am no longer Wiccan I still hold dear in my heart the principals of it. I just felt I was missing something. I had a hard time dealing with the fact I was not in a coven and so eventually began to use the term Solitary Gypsy Witch, being part gypsy and proud of that fact i felt this was my calling.

Then two years ago I met my mentors, Natalia Tikimirova and Anton Tikimirova, they are practicioners of Russain Witchcraft, KOLDUNY. Experts in Tarot and herblore and Shadow Magic. I have studied with them for two years and Recieved my very own Shadow stone from them In January, while I can never be Russian, Anton now considers me to be Koldunyan, my claim to fame is that I am possibly the only English Koldunyan ever and what i love about it most is that it enhances the Gypsy in me, I can embrace my own heritage and culture whilst practising a totally unique craft....And that is the Beauty of Paganism
