How do you find or see your spiriitual guide ?

i have been praying, meditating, going outside just to relax and  i feel so alone....i hear everyone talk about their  spiriitual guide  and i dont know what  eles to do ..any suggestions?

Hi Silver RainDancer, I found for me that looking in to a mirror works for me. It took me along time to not be afraid of it .... that comment is a long story (I know it was discussed in one of these threads)I'll try to find it. I believe it;s called Scaring (sp?) I apparently have been doing this since I was a child and had no idea what it was called!! Anyway your guide is around you . You may not recognise your guide as I did not,but that dose not mean they are not around you....just be patient and belive in yourself.... they will make themselves knownPlease never feel alone as your guides are always around and someone is always around here.... with joy to you      mrsburd

Lacking a proper mirror for spell work, I used a black bowl with blessed water in it for my mediation to find my spirit guides. That and a TON of astral work. @_@

Silver RainDancer, Kethry has helped me with this a while back. It did help but I kept falling off to sleep.... Until I swithed my meditation time for music  . I still like to use a mirror,It's just what works for me. I'm thinking of you with joy      mrsburd
