Using hair and finger nail ,toe nail clipping for magick

I have used hair finger nails and toe nails in some of my spells...it might be gross but i have used a sharp toe nail clipping to write what i wanted on a candle...the hair i feel makes the spell stronger..maybe its just me..but i can concentrate more and feel the spell working stronger when i use hair...just my opionin....

in the end you just have to believe that whatever helps you is what really matters. You have things that help you concentrate, kinda like for me if i have tight clothing on i can't stand it, i either have to be stripped down to barely anything or in extremely loose clothing cause i feel like my energy can flow around my body easier.

LOL i feel like that all the time..i can not wear tight clothes whatever i am doing...the heat company loves me in the winter..tee shirt and boy shorts all winter long

I dont find it gross at all lol. witches of old used urine and menstrual blood.... i also feel using this helps my spellwork. Gross as it may sound to others its what we feel works best for us that counts.
